Watermark is home to Senator Joyce Fairbairn Middle School, a state-of-the-art teaching facility providing first-class education to up to 900 West Lethbridge students from grades 6-8. The school is surrounded by Watermark Park, a unique community park featuring sportsfields, a skateboard plaza, a BMX pump track, fitness equipment, and space for everyone to be active and connect.

Watermark is also home to the new Fire Station #5. It will provide additional fire and emergency services to West Lethbridge, the city’s fastest-growing area. Fit with new bay doors, sanitation rooms, TV rooms, an education room, kitchen, bunk rooms, and gym, firefighters will get the unique opportunity to work in a completely new facility.
